World Brain Web · last updated 10 September 2026
Almost everything you do in World Brain Web stays in your own browser or app. We store one thing on our side: your login. The AI Mentor is the one feature that sends data to a third party, and it asks you first.
Your principles, habits, decisions, mental models, scores, streaks and chat history are kept in local storage on the device you use. They are not uploaded. Clearing the site data, or using Reset All Data in Settings, removes them.
When you create an account we store your email address, your name if you gave one, a hashed password, the number of mentor questions you have asked, and whether you hold WBW Pro. The database is hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you ask the mentor a question, your question, your current scores (character, intelligence, discipline, decisions, mental models), your habit streak and the insights shown on the mentor page are sent to OpenAI, which generates the reply. OpenAI processes this data under its API terms, which offer the same level of protection we do and do not use API data to train models. Nothing is sent until you agree in the app, and nothing is sent if you decline. Your email address is never included.
Settings → Delete Account removes your login and everything we store, immediately and permanently, and clears the data on that device. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
One cookie keeps you signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
